India is already a country keeping standards in international market for manpower supply for an unskilled labour from India is getting 4 to 5 times wages than our other Asian countries in the market. We are now proving is that we have the competitive skilled manpower in India through the modernization of education sector. Hence we can never will be considered as a country where cheap labour is available.

Currently, the labor rates are competitive and also lower than the international rate. However, these rates are steadily climbing and currently, there are other countries like Philippines where the labor rates are lower than India for some specific activities. Thus, in the future, the probability of the labor rates becoming expensive is high. However, depending on the type of activity and the specific growth trends, it may be difficult to predict the labor rates far into the future, as technology changes may also eliminate labor in some areas......

This will not happened in the future, Now a days every one looking for better lives in the society and they are putting the steps to achive them currently and in future as well, only thing here is that it will be raised gradually and moves to top level. As you all know that labours are not getting in the market, like we use to get in the past, with this we can estimate that labours scarcity may arise in the future in India. India will reach to top level and at that time it is difficult in the market.

Yes Amit you are right in your observation on the subject. In future our labours will be definitely costly. Today out of the Country they comand premium once the same happens in India the labour will not be cheap anymore.
