James agreeing with your opinion. Yes today we may be depending on other countries for resources but this will not be the case in the nearing future. We are growing fast in every fields and will have the best brains in India in the future. Other countries have to depend on India for labor that time we will be the most expensive labor...... out of demand......

yes labor is still cheap in India. salary of qualified professionals is increasing but there is a lot of unorganized sector on date which work on dam cheap rates and it will be continued in future as we have a population of more than 100 crores, which is not a joke. there are a huge un-employment in today's time also.

India is already a country keeping standards in international market for manpower supply for an unskilled labour from India is getting 4 to 5 times wages than our other Asian countries in the market. We are now proving is that we have the competitive skilled manpower in India through the modernization of education sector. Hence we can never will be considered as a country where cheap labour is available.

Currently, the labor rates are competitive and also lower than the international rate. However, these rates are steadily climbing and currently, there are other countries like Philippines where the labor rates are lower than India for some specific activities.

Thus, in the future, the probability of the labor rates becoming expensive is high. However, depending on the type of activity and the specific growth trends, it may be difficult to predict the labor rates far into the future, as technology changes may also eliminate labor in some areas......

This will not happened in the future, Now a days every one looking for better lives in the society and they are putting the steps to achive them currently and in future as well, only thing here is that it will be raised gradually and moves to top level. As you all know that labours are not getting in the market, like we use to get in the past, with this we can estimate that labours scarcity may arise in the future in India.

India will reach to top level and at that time it is difficult in the market.

Hello James, I will not agree with you. As the I T Sector and other industries are growing, getting cheap labour may be difficult. We have to wait and see.

Yes, India would continue exploiting the Bharatiya.

Urban educated suave exploiting the uneducated rural masses will continue, thanks to population explosion and lack of opportunities and education.

For as long as there are people willing to sell their work cheap - yes - you'll have cheap labour. Building a value is a slow process, so it is possible to see a change, but don't hold your breath yet.
