Yes, because it is matter of time that people will become mature and they would accept the user agreement and will go on with the same service as it their in other parts of the world. Also we Indians are good at hacking.

No, because with such a high price tag Indians won't. Also Reliance which came up with the same philosophy had to change to make it much more widely accepted. As now you have Reliance Sim Cards and you can change you set and even your number easily.
