Will kasab face death sentence? Or he will again file mercy petition?

There are atleast 52 death sentence pending before Kasab. Kasab still has chances of filing mercy petition to the high court and the final decision will be taken by BOMBAY HIGH COURT.....it took 17 months to prove him guilty. The whole world was the witness for his crime yet it took 17 long months to announce the verdict. And still the day for his sentence is not announced.....Can we really say the Victims of Mumbai terror attack GOT JUSTICE....

Yes he has to face death, that is the ultimate reply. Even the retired hangman are willing to send him to hell. so why wait...hang him!! only hope is that before 31st december 2010 he should be hanged till death!!

death sentence in rarest of rare cases is the last resort of the judiciary. Kasab and Surinder Koli deserved only death and no humanitarian relief since those innocent people, children and women did not deserve to be gunned down,raped or burnt to death.This will create a detrrence inthe minds of like-minded criminals who shows no mercy while killing for power!

Death sentence to the enemy of our nation. That is what he deserves. I lost my friend in that attack and after 17 months i get my prayers answered.

He had no rights to kill people. If he was taught to kill people that way then its time we teach him a lesson. Its already too late to punish him let us pray it does not take longer.....

DEATH is not justice at all ! Because you have to prove kasab and others like him that their idealogies are misplaced and wrong. They will have to bear witness to what great nation INDIA is. so keep him alive....imprisoned!
