yes nno technology is the future. Present technology is imperfect, un-natural & non sutaining.Nano technology will change the entire cultural outlook. India cannot remain sielent suspectator. what nano technology can contribute in nmedical field is getting quite visible. It will inject medicine in the body at a regulated doze without pain. It can perform bloodless micro surgeries. It is the time to invest in institutes & labs for development of this technlogy in INDIa. It is the time, otherwise we will be seeing borrowing from others.

Whenever a new technology comes to the market, it becomes a success. Similarly Nanomedicine, being new to the market will attract people's curiosity. It is "Nano" in size thus its side effects will also be very less than most of the other Indian medicines. Therefore, Indians will definitely prefer any medicine giving same effect with less side effects...

Yes, nanomedicine has huge potential in India because the nano drug reduces the dosage from milligram to nanogram and hence lessens the side effects. Most of the drugs used in India has side effects , so when a drug comes with no side effect or less side effect people would prefer it. It is also said that nanomedicine can help deliver drugs directly to the diseased cells in the body, reducing greatly the treatment damage which chemicals do to a patient’s healthy cells.

it has no meaning because we ahve enough money for all the projects but the question is what is the cost how much it is benificial.

ya i agree. also nanoscience in medicine is still an untouched area. more skilled brains are in demand n also equally important.wen investment is combined along with potential brains obviously nano in medicine wil get through in india.

It is a new technology in India and is still under research. India is a developing country and we are not financially so much prepared to do such big investments. We also lack researchers to do research in this field because of lack of awareness about nonomedicine. If there is any MNC to invest in India to produce Nano size drugs then there are chances of that nano medicine coming to India with affordable prices.

We are not equipped with producing nano size drugs. It will involve huge investments and which may not be possible immidiatley. If there is any MNC to invest in India to produce Nano size drugs then there are chances of that nano medicine coming to India with affordable prices.

I agree with you but Nanomedicine is a new technology and is still under research, So India being a developing country should be financially strong to opt this technology because nanomedicine uses nano-sized tools for the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of disease. We are also lacking sufficient specialists in this field , so we should create awareness among the students and help them to get educated and trained in the field of nanomedicine. so it is very early to say whether nanomedicine will have huge potential or not, only time will tell where the trend is heading.
