Will Spicejet grow after the change in top management

It has always been seen that whenever there is a fall in any business their top management is supposed to change. The same has happened with Spice jet airlines.

The argument seems like 50:50 chances to me.  However, Top Management changes can most of the times have a positive effect as decision makers and decision patterns change.  I think this change of management will make SpiceJet grow.

Top management is responsible for taking all the vital decisions. Withe the change in top managemnt, many decision taking patterns also will change thus Spice Jet's survices may also change.

Yes I think change in top management realy helpful for a comapny which is not doing good. It provides new perspective and new way of thinking. It makes changes in policies and procedures as required. But I think impact of change normally does not visible in the short time, it's effect becomes visible grdually over a period of time.  

We have lots of example of changes in top managment during trouble time of a company. One of the best example is of IBM. There was at time when IBM was totally concentrated on the sales of server and that too with total decentralized approach. IBM condition was very poor at that time and it was on the brink of bankruptcy. Then Board appointed a new CEO "Louis Gertsner" and he turnaround the company and now again IBM is No. one IT company in the world.

If anyone wants to know how he did trunaround then please read a book "An elephant can dance" by Louis Gerstner

If top management is changed then the policies ,the rules and regulation will change. Which in terms will affect the lower people who are working for the company. A lot of examples are there in which change in upper management showed a great profit.

Yes I think there will be a change in the business revenue the management which is presentky working now has a past record which shows that they can change things.

To be very true the bottom lines remains that company does not have funds and that is why it is cutting its airlines from many countries. The change in top manaement cannot help.
