Any budget prepared and presented by politicians are based out of "aam aadmi" for gaining vote bank. Budget prepared without conscientious approach keeping in view the large mass under poverty, illiteracy and ill-health are fraught with risk. Due to this civil liberties movements are getting converted into naxalism and maoism that is threatening the country's unity and diversity in a very big way. More than budget making, that every one is keeping a close watch, how many of us are interested in how the budget allocation in spent on each sectors. To my view, unspent allocation in every sector of the current financial year upto December 31st of each year should be withdrawn forthwith, as majority of the expenditure through tenders and other means are spent during the last quarter of the financial year, that tantamounts to siphoning off major portion of allocated funds easily, unnoticed. CAG auditing is a post-mortem exercise, and before their findings a lot of ills have been done and percolated into the society knee deep which forces them to maintain silence keeping in view the larger interests. Budgeting exercise should also involve factoring in commitments of purchases our Ministers and Officials make in foreign soil on behalf of the GOI. India should also do something about creating "Sovereign Wealth Fund" to create more infrastructure in the country. Our Rural-Urban divide should go and should enable Reverse Flow of Talents to the rural areas to build a very strong and vibrant India. Health and Education sectors should be freed from the monsters of commercialisation forthwith. We all know, Budget making is a sacrosanct exercise based on data collected from various sectors. Before presenting the budget, our policy makers and the politicians involved in budget making in collaboration with a number of NGOs should take a whirlwind tour across the country to assess the requirement of a common man and how their past allocations have helped the common man. If we are living ina free and liberal India, it is the responsibility of the policy makers to involve common man in making the budget for thyself, an exercise of this and the sepnding of the allocated fund should be spent in concomitance with the common man, where no politician or a bureaucrat should play no role, and they should create a neutral body as a watch dog for such expenditure.

Of course!!! Everyone who is waiting rather eagerly for a budget is "AAM AADAMI" and all who can twist rules to their advantage at all times or all thoroughly unaffected are "KHAAS." Let the constitution continue to say Every Citizen is equal.

To my expectations, this budget will be an important one for the people and also for the industries alike. In my view, this budget will a major relief for the youth and the middle income people, as there may be relaxation in income tax rebates, reduction in direct taxes, and an equal relief for the industrial taxes. Major focus would be on aid for women and education including new higher technical education institutions throughout the country. As from the past, the telecommunications, Power, Higher education, Woman education, Real estate, Media and Banking, sectors look to be profitable and this year growth in metal, mining, agriculture, oil & gas, cement, infrastructure, chemical, tourism, art and culture etc. would be further target bring a strong crisis-free Indian economy and a well maintained, controllable pricing system.

NO as per my knowledge the budget is kept only till they get votes they are not concerned about the commodities and any price hike. This is making difficult for people to save the amount also. They have to bring a superior budget keeping in mind that they get enough fund without affecting the people income but current situation with the rebel ministers its highly impossible. If they do its only crocodile tears.

Only betterment of income tax rates for the aam aadmi does not mean that the budget is for aam aadmi. Most of the aam aadmis only see the tax slabs but they don't think about the food prices and other goods or articles prices, which are necessary for their daily living. Government is not doing much about aam aadmi, its main focus is the big organizations. And that is also because corruption. Most of the government employees are corrupted to the maximum. If you have cash to pay, then the full year of yours will be good; otherwise be ready to face the problems. From this budget we hope that our Mr. Finance Minister will do something good, and that 'good' is for the aam aadmi, for the corporations and for those who live for our nation, because when all these people come together, we call it INDIA.

IF THE FINANCE MINISTER WOULD HAVE BEEN THINKING FOR THE AAM ADMI HE WOULD HAVE SURELY TAKEN SOME STEPS BY NOW FOR THE AAM ADMI.EVEN IF HE DELIEVERS A AAM ADMI BUDGET IT WILL BE SOMETHING LIKE GIVING A CHOCOLATE IN THE HAND OF THE KID WHEN THE KID ASK FOR A HI TECH TOY.

With no central elections due now, I don't think "aam aadmi" features will be predominant in this budget. The Union Railway Minister Mamta may wangle some sops, and there may be some more that are women specific - that's it! In any case, with the great wise ones fiddling while the commoner burns - be it sky high and yet rising prices of commodities, or security - doesn't really give people confidence that the Govt. is either of or for the people... The Ministers have their own - and different - axes to grind.

In my opinion, this year budget would not see as much expected. It may be an ordinary budget focusing on a increase taxation for further Government revenue and investment for infrastructure developments. There can be delay in bring GST from the government part as well. A further impact on stock exchange and inflation controls would be what i'll be looking into.
