I don't agree with subhankar on this, the financial crisis impacts consumer spending in a huge way, everyone wants to save money,Due to high inflation people are not spending as much as they were doing before. So this means there is a slowdown in terms of units of new devices sold. So the production takes a beating and when there is no devices and products sold how will it not affect, it will affect but the impact is not as the other industries are facing..

According to me it will not affect the Telecom industry because, the  recent reports from research survey done  say that there will be an increase in telecom spend by enterprises all over the world who want good communiation network in place to stay connected with their employees and customers all the time. In the same manner even telecom outlets are coming out with  specific requirements that suits the  user respectively. And  manufacturers are coming up with innovative features and value added services at a very low cost. Then there is  entry of global players in wooing the new markets, and  is making a huge difference for this sector to grow and the results are there for us to see. And, hope the same trend continues in the coming year as well, So  i feel that the telecom industry would not be affected due to the crisis which is looming at large..
