Will the rich be taxed more post this budget?

Be it sabzi mandi or the petrol bunk.. even the pani puri prices have hiked by 2 rupees!! Where will aam admi go?? There is a need to fill the gap between the rich and poor. This gap is widening day by day. One thing we expect after this budget is a solution to this situation. The Indian Government is making serious efforts to sign Tax Information Exchange Agreements (TIEAs) with 22 tax havens and has also taken steps to amend the controversial Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements to facilitate flow of banking information. The government’s resolution to bring back the black money worth trillions of dollars may soon create havoc in the luxurious lives of many. But all this is just mind calculation. I don't think so. & it is not the right way to implement higher tax for rich class, under/for the reason of their richness /rich class.

How do we expect situations to change when they have not changed since so long? Nothing can be said before something concrete happens. Expecting anything from our government normally does not prove fruitful. But for such situation to occur we need a miracle.
