India is arguably dependent on the outsourcing. Many IT companies both domestic and the MNC's create many jobs with the this outsourcing of work from the developed countries and especially from US. But, as the companies in US appears to be finding the ways to maximize profit as it is natural, they outsource work to the favorable destinations like India. But, when many native Americans become jobless, the US appears to be concerned about the unemployment. US president elect barrack obama has addressed this in his campaign and even yesterday there was a report in the news paper about the assurance from barrack obama about the job creation in US by 2011. When he is interviewed as I have read in the news paper, he has answered the issue of outsourcing and his policy on that tactfully. He, one the one hand, says that US can't put walls around it and it is in the light of propounding this free trade issue by the developed countries like US and in the light of international treaties. Again, on the other hand, he says that they will concentrate on employment generation in us and it is implied by discouraging the firms which outsources the work to the other countries. Its a typical issue with justifications and without justifications. India too is been advocating its concern about the agricultural subsidies given by the developed world. Each country may have their own say in the interest of their people and the country. As such, the countries leading from the front, must think of a more powerful, viable and clear international theme balancing the basic rights of the people all over the world and the globalisation. Globalisation should not lead to a situation where the people in one country badly gets affected and may not able to survive even. As such, though, the issue is being pursued both directly or indirectly and is dealwith in various international treaties, it is to be made clear and broader treaty is to be entered into among the countries which supports the free trade agreements and which favors the globalisation.

True and complete globalisation is not a possibility in near future but its time that we extend the concept beyond businesses to social especially environmental issues rather than advising each other to save energy.

The complete globalisation without any barriers is not possible at all in the near future. It is because of the simple reason that the the countries, the resources, the cultures, the strength of the people, the government etc. is not the same all over the world. As such, the country which has abundant natural resources, enlightened people and the intellectual strength will dominate the entire world. On the other hand, the country with many handicaps may not compete with the countries like US, Japan, China etc. And, the country, which can't compete in the market can't accept the globalisation completely, may have their own concerns as the India has concerns with their domestic agricultural industry. Its quite natural. As such, unless the definition of globalisation made clear or changed accordingly with limitations, complete globalisation is not possible in the near future.
