Yes !! 1. We should understand that it is not a contagious disease and the infected person could have developed from so many unknown sources. 2. It is in the interest of the society that we should help the suffering person to come out of the mental and psychological trauma that he / she is going thru .

WHY NOT?. As a colleague only, formal interaction mechanisms, including shaking hands, display of affection by a simple pat on the pack or a hug are all non-contagious.

Yes!Individual can be accepted as a collegue as it is not an infectious disease.The person will be low on his/her morale so all we can do is understand the psychological needs and lend our ears to listen patiently.
