Be it whatever industry..i believe manpower always need to follow certain principles, offcorse one has its own particular way of functioning which is no doubt identical to individual, but as an organisation manpower needs to grow together.

An organisation of Wipro's repute would have brainstormed this aspect before eventually implementing them. If this works in software industry, they will be the pioneers, otherwise, they will silently bury them, without making much noise!
