what technology we should learn to get our first off-campus job in IT field in india specially in delhi-ncr side location....

  i have completed my b.tech(c.s.) in 2010 and learnt java/j2ee,but there are very less jobs in java field for freshers in market....

.net and java both are having their own place in market, all other technologies are also having their place but these two are in lead/booming. I think Ashish this topic should come under "Q & A". it would be good if you make it as a Q & A, then more people will give you answers regarding that and you will get proper information about your topic...

.net and Java both are having good job opportunities, also black berry developers getting good packages. Also these technologies having a good carrier and after some experience in these technologies companies are paying good packages too.

I agree with Jayashankar. All these languages are just entry points into the industry.  Ask your self a question "What will I do in next 5 years time" and I am sure you would like to be a SME in a particular business area or become a team lead or manage a delivery on your own etc.. The answer cannot be "a developer"

As my experience in industry, it is php/.net Jobs in java are quite less as compared to these two technologies.
