No, women are not multitaskers, andlike Sayan said, they can only function in favorable circumstances, while men work under any circumstances.

Women are definitely better managers because you get to learn more and get to work in better ways if you have a women as a manager you get to know your time management as well where men extend more time in office but for no reason even men are good managers but very few hard workers who can achieve to that level

I feel women can make better managers. Women are good at multitasking and pay attention to details. What more they can communicate the ideas well to the subordinates and welcome the suggestions. ..

I feel women are good managers because they are trained for multi tasking since birth. Secondly they are emotional so they can empathise more with subordinates, they have less ego problems then men and can handle pressure very well. Thirdly women know better about how to keep "work life balance".

Women are doing great job now a days. They are proving to be result oriented and put more concentration to the job. Unlike their male counterparts, they really don't have time for gossiping and that is the reason they get more time for work. This puts them one up. Thus, in my opinion, women can make better managers.

For instance, women are more likely to delegate and more likely to reward people. And they’re getting better at doing what men traditionally have done well.

Thousands of MALE HR Managers can be sought for your ready reference but Women should equally be encouraged thats what Govt. says. Male or Female one must have the attitude towards work, willingness towards accomplishment,a commitment and motivation for all --Male or female. Its a TEAM dear not a matter of male or Female. Had there been no female would anything be expected or vice versa, BOTH are equally important no matter where ever they are..

Yes women can make good managers.. If they can manage the family well, then why would they not be able to be better managers when it comes to work? The company is much a family just as our families back at home. Moreso women are patient and with this they can be able to listen to the employees and work out the problems in the organisation...I do agree with Sarwan, with the multitasking nature of a woman at home, work in an organisation can run smoothly and be completed on time..

Managing is a skill which any body irrespective of the gender can acquire. In fact by the very fact that women actually are involved in multitasking even in homes, they might make better managers. Their natural tendency to be patient might even be more to their advantage.

Did women are born with some extra capabilities than men to be better managers.? The skills and intelligence aren't need to be classified according to the gender. Better managers are those who shown their dedication and hard work to the respective fields, whether it MEN or WOMEN.

Women are better but due to their neurological problem they can't do multitasking, they always perform better if they are in comfortable zone. Whereas Men can do multitasking is all aspects..

I would like to argue that - neither of the two is better than the other. All the hype about women being better at managing multiple tasks is just because women are only recently getting recognition for their abilities. Ages of conditioning and being portrayed as the "weaker sex" is being rejected. She is not some one with some special skills or someone who is objectified as a possessor of divine powers but as someone who is equal in all respects with men. After all hindu scriptures talk about the "ardha nareshwar". A deity who symbolizes the qualities of both the genders. All men and women are equal. In short both will in aggregate behave similarly in similar situations.

Coming from a lady, I feel what you say is very true. But I think there have been good managers, CEO's all through time.. I don't prefer bluntly taking sides so I feel there is a positive and negative to it. Like some have argued, they are good managers due to their natural abilities. However, if the woman has kids, is also a homemaker and has certain other responsibilities to worry about, she might potentially fail as a manager at work.

Women of today are really great. They are not only acting as "homemakers" but have also become at par with men in the corporate world. But I still believe that men are better managers because women can be very unpredictable and irrational in their decisions at times thereby making them poor Decision Makers.

No ways women are not great managers, a few may be but not all women are good house makers but when it coems to workplace it is not emotionally coonected liek family members so they are biased and always gender biased more pro towards ladies and against men

I agree they can be good managers but they cannot make better managers. Since they used to manage many responsibilities at home they are quit good in managing but the are that strong as mens. Mens take decision soon but they hesitate to do. They are more confusing persons and will not be clear in what the do. And they are poor learners compared to mens........
