Work form home?

I think work from home is Beneficial   for those who cant go outside from their  house means who has'nt another option ,but when it comes to for all  ......I think it is not suitable.......by outside public  people gets  upto date  knowledge  which is very important for all....................but inside house may be it is not possible.....

As of now,  it is not fool proof way in our country.

But it may vary from people to people. Also it depends on the nature of the work. In the days to come, where the PAPERLESS offices are envisaged,  the conventional way of coming to offices and sticking to working hours may slowly VANISH.

Work from home is a good option for many individuals who have constraints doing full time work or where it does not make much of a difference if you work from home or office.

 However, adequate HR policies and technological issues apart from less widespread use of this mode of work option has ensured that this type of work is not widely adopted across the industry.
