The hectic Schedules and targets in their professions, making the employees to work for long hours and due to that their health is also getting effected, and in turn they are unable to get proper amount of time to spend with their family members. As both the wife and husband are working nowadays, both of them are unable to support/help themselves in their daily routine and also not able to spend time with/for their children.Though some people suggest for yoga classes or meditation how many days one can take support from such kind classes - life long? We are normal in condition since birth, but by creating a busy life and getting effected with that kind of life and again attending classes to bring in normal condition into our health - is that not crazy/

Nice topic Mr. Murali, Exactly its not crazy, because now-a-days the corporate culture was changed. Even every employee having two day half as week end and enjoying their life with his family members or with friends in week ends.

So I would like to suggest one thing that they were not compromising, but just they were managing the situations.

Targets, work pressure is every where in corporate culture. In this competative work culture, every one wants him to prove him/her self. So working hard in week days and enjoying weekends with the family and friends.

The Industrial revolution started in Britain somewhere in 1760's,the working condition now prescribed by the International Labour Organization;is not being followed that is 8 hrs of work as an employee. with 40 to 48 hrs of work a week. With weekly 2 days off.Is the real cause and effect for the present scenario.

Because their have their career ambitions, to reach them they sacrifice some personal life things and the managements are also insensitive the employees role as a spouse, parent, ward etc.  The employee is forced to sacrifice attention to personal life to meet the expectations of the organisation in which one is working in order to achieve one's career ambitions.

This is a topic very apt for our times when we find ourselves comppromising our personal life for professional growth and in the end, we are losing on both fronts. I think this a problem of the generation in 40s now, however the new generation is better managing their lives and are balancing all phases of the life whether personal, social and professional. Although they have their professional ambitions, they are able to draw their limits. This a learning for past generations who are still in the workforce so that they are able to have a healthy body and mind during their old age and peaceful family life.

I agree with this side of communication. As we are running with the time, we want to improve the std. of living, want life@ its best level, in ths case we have to compromise on certain things. We all want the comfort and when we are @ our comfort level we look forward for luxuries life. This is very natural tht wants are endless ....So one has to adjust / compromise with every situation. Only the priority/ level of adjustments or compromising has to be decided (by own).

I agree with you and support your views Mr.Yugandhar.Now a days, the life is somewhere between compromise and adjustment. One is required to make a tight rope walking.

Yes I agree with your points, after all life is meant for adjustment with each other, since everybody is inter dependent. Hence one should learn how to lead a practical life and life is to struggle.

Thanks for the referral Mr. Ugandhar Vellanki.

I agree with you Vellanki on your views. Today or for that matter the whole life is a matter of adjustment.

The work situation is also no different.

It's one of a business strategy. If employees are not made to work continuously and under constant pressure ie. the way they do, they would find alternative sources of security ( to earn money ). And that is not good for any business.

No doubt, employees must compromise, whatever the situation is, otherwise, they would be kicked off.

That is correct Mr .Sharma. An individual need to know about himself and job responsibilities very well.
