Industries are revamping big time and industrial robots are nothing new to many production and manufacturing industry, but then as technology is so advanced these days they are getting more and more sophisticated and are performing many functions which were before performed by humans.

The  industry insiders tell us that they are just here to lend a helping hand to the humans and make the work much more simpler and accurate, but then there is fear among many that a day might come where robots may simply replace humans in many ways just the way the computer did, which simplified the process but then computers also gave a whole lot of opportunity, but then how will we balance the ratio of Robots and Humans, how is it possible....To know more watch the video

Will Robots replace Humans in near future?? share your thoughts.

looking at the video and some of the other examples on the web it is  a distant future that we will be seeing these kind of things, where robots will be helping humans, it will be difficult to see how both compliment in the process of workload, but then they seem to be a threat where we can see them replace humans and most of the things getting automated in future, things which were done manually will be performed by robots, and at the pace at which technological advancements are happening, it will be happening soon, i have given an example of computers replacing many of the workforce but they also created many with them, will have to wait and watch whether the same applies in this case.....Would like to know what others think on this.

Isha the presentation is wonderful. The idea is good ,just like we are using lot of gadgets and maybe using our own cars and keeping off autorickshaws it doesnt put autos off business,or the banks havent replaced people with computers .

As tech is used extensively, humans are needed to use these as well as come into picture when things really go wrong (murphys law- to really mess up things needs acomputer) every now and then.

I think and hope that as 1960 fashions are coming back ,at some point of time it will happen to Human industry also.Since all this is done for man to survive, not for machines to thrive.

If man doesnt win machines will not win

Its not very far when one day you wake up and see yourself sitting in your drawing room talking to your family!! Its your CLONE!! Its way away still but its a very scary thought.

Its the timewhere the world is advancing at break neck speed. For the speed to remain and be maintained robots are being used simply because its the efficiency and thenon tirinf\g and the inambitious character of a machine!! They do not have emotions and are programmed to do only that!! But thats where its limited!! They will always be at the production floors of a factory, or on assembly lines or something very technical like a computerised plant, controlled environments etc. They may replace humans but it will always take a human to RUN them!!

I certainly dont feel that humans can be replaced in that sense!! Thanks for the referral :))

If I say this people would not like my opinion but the fact is a fact. Mr. Guruprasad I would also like to know your opinion about the same. Why have you posted on the REVOLUTION side?
