All the industry should plan to develope the working culture. Indian working culture is  very tough and rough and very crudey i had seen in must of the small industrie for their suitability they use the worker upto the maximum effort but they pay a less to the worker very less ........this should be survey and should be ban.....

Mr Amarjeet, whatever you wrote in your description, I support that. Definitely this process should be banned but I could not understand the second point you gave in reply where you said that we should be give chances to earn like Rickshaw pullers !!!

Wherever 5 days week is implemented ,the emloyee's are forced to work till late night and to complete the job assigned they work 6th and even on 7th day too.I think those working in civil engg, projects and many reputed software companies.

Hence it will be better to have 6 day week,

Yes !! This is the reason behind more employees run towards big firms. Hardwork should be assesed and paid fairly in case subordinate put more efforts smartly.

Hard work should be ban for humanity and they should give a work to earn ( like rickshaw puller,coole etc...)
