working abroad-- does working outside your country is good??

Thats very true, You meet people and learn their cultures

Its important to baseline your responsibilities as a family,

For me its Family first always, dont underestimate the work that you have to do for your family gets doubled when you decides to work in abroad

The family support system is lost sometimes, people should always take care of this aspect to prosper and grow

 I agree over the financial gain but along with that you gain quality of life out there.Culture has nothing to do as you have to be only adaptive; as rightly said " While in Rome do as Romans do" else quit the race. You can not wear sweaters in deserts.

How much we are adding to our culture successively? Nothing !  what we inherit is deep rooted but it is succumbing to the modernity of these times in practical life. It only shows up when one is into that environment.  So loosing or gaining on cultural  is irrelevant.                                                                                      

In a broader perspective we have to serve mankind.You may do it while being at any place of relevance.Priorities vary from person to person.

You become financially stable. That is working abroad is worth pursuing only if it means getting ahead financially. Otherwise, it does not make sense. There is a second reason to try and work abroad, that is to gain a greater and varied experience from being in a different mileu. The third and in my personal evaluation the greatest reason is if your opportunity working abroad gives a slot where you can push yur creativity to greatest heights...and find that it is respected and liked..

I agree we become financially strong.... but culture has nothing to do with it. We gonna follow our culture in India and western culture there....  :)
