I agree with you. Either you can have a Yes or a No. Having two NO means gaming and also shows a person's dis-stability in decision making. Who ever has put his must have common sense.

As Wipro is concerend its a very good company, I have worked with this organization, we do have some People who do not work and also lack process knowledge even though the company has provided suffcent training and experience, its us who seldom use it and try our own methodlogies and fail. Companies put in processes after a lot of testing and experience.

To conclude Wipro is an excellent company to work in, I would love to come back

I didn't understand what this debate is all about. Are you trying to check how many are interested in joining the Wipro back? Even in that case,there should have been a YES and NO. But I only see NO on both the sides. Not sure what is expected from the community members here?

I am also interested in joining Wipro again. I have left the company couple of years ago to do my masters in UK. Now I am a post graduate but looking for job. I wish I get a chance in Wipro again.
