People would be ready to decrease there pay packages rather cut there jobs. It is not easy for everyone to stand against revolt. Everyone cannot afford to reduce their jobs.

May be if the payments decrease more than unexpected then it is quiet possible that there will be lockouts, or we can even say that the mass may walkout.

I agree with Ajit. Something is better than nothing. Its good to work and get less pay rather than sitting ideal at home and just reducing your bank balance to zero.
