In the midst of the results for the Bihar elections, where the BJP delivered a teflon-strong performance, the party announced that it will not sack its chief minister in Karnataka, BS Yeddyurappa.

After consultation with senior colleagues and state leaders, party has decided he will continue as CM.  With panchayat and zila parishad elections around the corner, party appeals to workers to strive for the success of the party. With clear cut evidence against the CM it was like

What do you think people, Is this decision justified??

No...not at all...this shows that anybody can get away by doing anything, the law should be the same for a common man and to the Prime minister of the country, just because he was a serving CM doesn't mean that he has not done wrong, there are proofs of him involving in the land scam where he alloted government land at very less price to his family members. Whole of India watched this episode....when people expected some credible decision BJP retained the chief minister by doing nothing. And they have just set a bad example here.......

1] Constitutionally and obviously legally no one can be treated as criminal, so legally you can't demand him to step down. 2] There are cases false allegations such as; Caffeine allegation where Gorge Fernandez was cleared by CAG itself. We as common man don't know the truth behind charges, so I believe we should wait till verdicts comes out! and shouldn't prejudice on news sources!

In today's politics anyone can make controversial statements on anyone, not necessarily it should be based on truth.During Kargil war Congress charged Gorge Farnandez for Caffeine purchase corruption. After 1 year CAG report came with clean cheat for Gorge. Moral; If we say or think that we are educated, than we should not let media to make our impression on situation. What happened in Karnataka is explained by Devegauda's sun itself!

region north/south does not arise. what is important is the ability to govern effectively. we have one chief-minister who is much disliked and hated. he is still sticking on. this is because of his ability to govern effectively.
