Having read certain scriptures, we should not be aloof that this age is of total tyranny and requires an individual to invest trust and faith in *higher sources*... These higher sources include GOd, Guru, Parents, etc... But talking about a guru, one should approach the aura photographers as REAL GURU will have a golden or whitish HALO around their head.. meanwhile gurus who have wicked intentions, have a darker aura around their head... Before choosing a guru, one has to keep the above norm in view :)

Once upon a time there were less population, less opportunities, less crime, less bad people and spiritual Guru's were also less. Things changed, circumstances changed, population increased, more opportunities needed for livelihood of the people, crime increased, spiritual leader became more, unhappiness among the people increased so substantially everything has to be increased proportionately. More and more unhappy, anti-social people realized and sought salvation from spiritual leaders. By doing that some became hypnotized and believed whatever they said. And baba's were seeking for it and finally took the advantage. Finally both the disciple came into the grasp of greed: disciple for more happiness or Punya and Guru for money(or desire). If a person abruptly changes, there is something wrong and should be suspected. There is a proverb "Those who are sweet by mouth is often bitter by heart" often applies such bad people. There are lot of good people(even godman) in everyplace but they are simple and not popular. I Think people should follow them not by what they say but by what they have done over the period. Because these are the people whom you know, whose credibility is there in that locality. Finally it is our decision of choosing a person or Guru or anything. Rely on those what you know rather than those that are famous or popular or.................

Every profession has its charlatans. Medicine has quacks; consultants have bombasts. Since spiritualism has evolved into a profession nowadays, there are fakes here too. I endorse Sarika and would advise caution as there are indeed many spiritual masters who are genuine and one has only to seek them to find them. We shouldn't be throwing away the baby with the bathwater.

The greed of seeing the god in front of us makes people believe that the person who has a strong Ora and has influenced you is god. Though it is matter of personal belief that whom should you follow and as SARVESH has rightly mentioned exception doesn't make a rule but at the same time I strongly believe that all those people who are weak in faith and spiritually disoriented adept such people as their God. Otherwise, the one who believes in himself believes in God as god is considered to be everywhere and in everybody. You just need to peep inside and start believing...

No need to follow them and I do not understand why we are educated. Are we mad? We had seen these kind of filthy acts in the past decades. Better we hand over these kind of scandals and corruptions in the hands of army. They are the right person to eradicate the anti social elements from our society.

In my opinion our parents, elders and friends are better to tell us what is wrong or right. Though there are some genuine religious gurus but most of them are not professional like these Babas.

The babas are fully aware of the blind faith a person has. They are well aware of human cycology. If a person is not sastisfied then these babas will convince that they can get it and capture the person in their net. Once that happens the person is ready to do anything for the baba.

No, there is no need follow such so called God mans. However, there are certainly some spiritual people who are doing very well, they would not come out like these people.
