Lets not jump to conclusions here people, we need youngsters and youth to take India forward, but we also need experienced people to show the direction forward for these youngsters, youth are hot on heels and take random decisions, if better guided then everything will fall in place.

See the indian political industry .. It is the best example of the power of the youngsters ... Seniors are good ... provided they are not lethargic enough to absorb new ideas ...!!!

Always Ravali youngsters are probably a little more better in understanding hence can lead well. They lead by example. It not necessarily mean all the youngsters will be leaders.

At the same time there are a lot of aged people are also in a position to take best possible decisions.

It's very proud to see that youngsters are leading the show, but the thing is that most of the time the young age may confuses itself because of a lot of opportunities in-front of it.It may go aside by wrong decisions and even the lack of experience along with.It requires a lot of supports behind. I want to say that youngsters need a lot of support than the talent..... Young India cheers hopefully....!

Good to see that a youngster such as Ravali has taken the lead and ten thumbs till now and almost all the elders supporting her! :) As, I said, we youngsters need direction from elders for sure. But as per Puneeth's question, "a mature class of young talents can lead India"! Thumbs up to your cautious answer! You have proved that if the youth are mature in their thoughts, then they are the leaders. With all due respect to the elderly gurus who have made me what I am today, I want to say that I am not trying to generalize this statement, just trying to take the average. Cheers!

While talent and merit is always the ruling word, experience matters...be it hard or easy to find. Therefore both should be combined.
