No bosses are not always right. They seem to be right but you should correct them when they are wrong. A good boss will accept !!!

There two principles to get away.  1. Boss is always right 2. If he is not right also, refer to principle no.1.

It depends on the management culture.  If it is boss centric and the employees has no saying, then there boss is always correct.  If u were given freedom, u can express yourself.  It all depends on the culture in which ur.

If a person is confident and correct in his opinion he can recommend/advise his boss on the discussions. Every odrers from the bosses can be discussed and ultimatly, an organisation runs in a collective way.

Not only Boss, even nobody can always right. Its possible that your Boss would be more experienced then you but now-a-days it is also not possible. Everybody has its own expertisation in different ways.

No. Bosses are not right always. Bosses often have a way of appearing to be infallible. In fact, it is easier for them to be right, or appear to be right, than it is for those whom they supervise. Bosses have access to more data and resources. They have more control over circumstances. Moreover, we tend to assume (often with a little nudging from them) that they are always right. Still, bosses do make mistakes. The Primary duty of subordinates is to avoid the bosses making mistakes and correcting them. Some Bosses always want to blame others. It is not easy to tell a boss that he is wrong.

I am in agreement with you but at that perticular point of time one should ditto whatever the boss says. May be at a later stage one should point out, provided the boss is sporting.

Once I have seen a sign in the table of my boss which reads "BOSS IS ALWAYS RIGHTTHAT IS RULE NO 1 IF HE IS WRONG REFER TO RULE NO 1.
