no its totally wrong.as per darshana some one have to finish is task within working hour. thus productivity increased. as per ISO requirement your total working per week should not exceed 50 hrs.

No not possible, employees should try to finish their tasks in the specified working hours. And making them work for late hours may increase the productivity depending on the employees, if they work with interest it is possible but compulsion...
