Designation: Assistant Manager cluster development Key Responsibilities: KRA includes Growth in terms of value and volume, Numbers in terms of acquisition of new clients/applications, retention of rated client, Achieving Revenue target -Numbers of Ratings of MSME. Key account management of all Banks portfolio. Credit Rating as per MSMED ACT Norms Play major role in banks lending system. Responsible for preliminary assessment of financial documents. Nature of work - B2B and Retail Building and maintaining top-level Business relationship with Key Bankers. Meeting Bankers and promoting the scope of Credit rating process for adopting efficient credit policy of Banks Educating the standards of Basel II Norms with bankers and MSMES. Sales Promotion of Credit rating process and encouraging MSMEs to get them credit rated with SMERA. Conducting regular training programs for bankers. Intermediary for Processing of SME Rating application, documentation and completing the Rating process.
