The forces on the macro level that changes the industry structure in the short run and long run are analyzed. Rating of the vendor and customers based the financial risk of the related parties are provided to the client. Based on the risk analysis, the right set of vendors and customers are selected for the client to partner with. Any changes in the financials of either of the parties are monitored and the requisite corrective action is suggested. The past financial performance of the either parties and expected future performance based on the industry trend and the capability of the management are considered while rating the vendor or customers. To understand the dynamics of the sector or industry, service, product or commodity under scope of study and provide the market intelligence about the same to the clients in order to enhance the sourcing strategy of the client.
