many project are estimated very casually taking things granted. A time frame is generally made considering volume of work & ignoring ground constraints. That is why most projects fails to be completed on time.

The delay in so many clearances from Govt. and Semi Govt. agencies is a reson of delayed start of project which very difficult to over come the obstacles due to late start, like price raise with the time passed
