(Contactor) SITE ENGINEER July 2002 - Sep -03 CURRENT DUTIES: Monitoring the project has to be completed with in the stipulated time and budget cost. At the same time to achieve good workmanship and quality by ensuring QC/QA and inspection. All progress made are noted and compared with the schedules made earlier and the status of the project is determined regularly to ensure that the project is not having over-run either in cost or time. Maintaining weekly, monthly report to head office and getting suggestion if any problem occurs. Co-ordination with Consultant and Contractors and having meeting with them frequently to discuss about the difficulties while executing the projects. Checking the contractors bills Prepare Inspection Reports and maintain Records and ensure inclusion of all specification and inspection requirements. Contract administration 1. Construction of Hall of Residence(multi storied ) and kitchen Cum Dining Hall for 2600 students NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY warangal. 2007 June to till date. 2. Multistory Residential apartment .Sarjapur Road, Bangalore. Jan 2007 to June 2007 3. Factory Building, Industrial Project.Lucas T V S site at, ARCH Bridge of 120m span (Bangalore) Sep 2003 to dec 2006 4. Multi Storied Building (R. C. C framed Structure) July 2002 to Sep 2003 LAUNGUAGE KNOWN: Tamil, English, Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu.
