Resource Availability (both Human Physical resources) and their utilization is the key to handle multiple project. Manager has to plan for each resource in advance and make sure that none of them are idle and also not overloaded at the cost of others.

There should be proper planning about the deliverables,one of the pre-requiste thing while working in a project is the co-ordination, better in terms called as Team Unity and being in par with synch and Mutual Understanding and timely reviewing...

Yes, we are responsible, as we do not exercise our duties properly and hence we dont have right to say (morally). DO our morals are still live ?? we need to ask ourselves.

No We r not responsible. As we have the right to vote, we have another right i e to protest the wrong thing. See the election reasults. Politicians got the lesson in correct way. There may be some other reason also like local influence force etc...

I do agree on this but we also need to understand our responsibility to save our country from terror.  Best way is to throw out all this politicians in the arabian sea and look at good new faces to have better tomorrow.
