Office Complex for ESIC, Mumbai valued at Rs. 90 Million (Duration: 12 Months). 20 Storied Building Blocks (2 Nos.) at Goregaon, Mumbai valued at Rs. 100 Million (Duration: 6 Months). Managed the modernisation project of IG Mint at Mumbai valued at Rs. 70 Million (Duration: 6 Months). Chief Project Manager (Apr94 to Mar97) Constructed container-handling jetty at Falta, West Bengal (Man Months: 60) valued at Rs. 80 Million (Duration: 24 Months). Constructed steel stock yard for SAIL at Dankuni (man months: 140) valued at Rs. 150 Millions Project Manager (May90 to Mar94) Handled the construction of Housing Colony with 700 houses and all related infrastructure for HWB at Managuru, AP involving direct labour and sub-contractors, as well as coordination with client and consultant. Project valued at Rs. 90 Million (Duration: 24 Months). Constructed Staff Training Institute and Hostel along with infrastructure for Syndicate Bank at Manipal, Karnataka valued at Rs. 60 Million (Duration: 18 months). Resident Engineer/ Dy. Project Manager (May81 to Apr88) Involved in the project for the construction of 120-bed hospital with infrastructure at Ghat (Libya) through direct labour and sub-contractors including coordination with client and consultant (project valued at US $ 24 Million; Duration: 15 months). Actively contributed to the tendering and business development for Libyan projects, worth up to US $ 245 Millions at various locations in Libya. Asst.
