Joiners and Leavers: Releasing timely offers to the candidates through an application Smart Recruit Informing Stake holders about the new starters every week by sending induction mail every Thurs Confirming the DM of the employees from the CL to ensure that the DM and the new hire are able to interact on the date of joining Creating SAP code through Geo Joining Console/ manually after confirmation from the HR SPOC Co-ordinate with Finance team to ensure salary is released in time. Capture feedback of new joiners by sending them `1 Week Feedback Form and `3 Months Feedback Form Clearing EMS (Exit Management System) as soon as Leaver Notification is received and prepare the leaver letter. Ensure that the SAP separation through EMS takes place on the last working day. In case EMS gives error while initiating the separation action, running a manual pre-separation and separation of the employee. Liaise with Herbs in case incorrect separation reason is captured in EMS/ SAP and updating the SAP records accordingly there by helping in correct presentation of data for the Management dashboard. Liaise with the Capability Lead (CL) for the new Development Manager (DM) in case the leaver was DM for few employees. 2. Probation Reaching out to the DMs and CLs about the probation of the employees and also share list of employees with HRBPs due for probation in next two weeks to ensure timely closure of the probation. Sending a weekly update to the Recruitment team with a list of employees who have passed the probation. This enables them to release the Recruitment bonus and referral bonus. Prepare Referral Bonus release letters for the referee, Probation Extension and failed Probation cases as leavers. 3. Reports and Other Miscellaneous Activities Taken ownership to maintain 100% Data Integrity in SAP and related applications Analyzing internal tracker and SAP for which corrected approx 123 cases and ensured correct Development Managers are mapped to employees Successfully completed salary redefinition actions in SAP for 123 UK employees and 138 US employees in a day and ensured their up To TILL salary is processed in the following payroll cycle Handling adhoc transactions where ensuring HCLT employee database is corrected eg. Change in CC/ Org Unit/ DM/ Employee Group etc for which follow up with HCLT EHS team to get the updation done SAP Supporting Axon APAC activities in executing changes like start/end date change, re-instating a/cs etc Generating various letters like ex-employee reference, bank, rental reference, different visa etc Capability Report which helps to recognize how long an employee has been at the same level in organization Sickness Report which is used to check the no. of leaves employee has taken in an year MIS reports which includes Master Data and HR Metrics file of SAP/ HCL, Oracle and MSD which has Headcount, Joiners for perm and contractors Working on Attrition Trend Analysis (YTD , LTM and 3M trailing data) of Voluntary and Involuntary cases | ||

Yes, for people who do this crime should be punished that ways only as they are not mentally but morally & socially paralyzed. By committing such dreadful crime, they not only ruin life but spirit as well....we need to get strict to keep a check on this |
As per me there could be multiple reasons for this. One is if role of a person is not good, second is monetary factor third is unhealthy relationship with manager/ peers. |
Add liquid diet which may include juices, shakes, etc which are also nutritious apart from taking lots of fruits .. |
I am one of such victims who have to wait for ages to get calls for suitable openings from recruiters & now i am bound to express my feelings here :-( Even if try to contact them, they ask for profile but never turn up...i agree to the fact that at... |
