This age belongs to collective efforts, team work etc. Although genius inventors are still phenomena happening sporadically, until put to an organised process structure of the likes of a firm, the innovation might not see the fruits ultimately.

Many long time practising PM's fail in the PMP, because PMP has a PMI and best practice orientation to it. It is scalable and applicable to any industry. The PMI code of ethics makes you an honest, truthful still an achieving PM.

Microsoft is Back into the Game where they Lose their Share like Os. They Catch up Gap of Vista with the new & os. So its not the end of IE and it will come back with the Next Version IE9.

Yes, I think in near future IE will lose its identity. Many companies have come up with their own web browsers that are better than Microsoft's IE. Moreover, PC manufacturers are providing a option of selecting any specific browser by the users....
