This age belongs to collective efforts, team work etc. Although genius inventors are still phenomena happening sporadically, until put to an organised process structure of the likes of a firm, the innovation might not see the fruits ultimately. |

Many long time practising PM's fail in the PMP, because PMP has a PMI and best practice orientation to it. It is scalable and applicable to any industry. The PMI code of ethics makes you an honest, truthful still an achieving PM. |
