If any body does not have the inborn qualities, nothing could be developed, including personality.
domenico fama  |  Argues in support of  |  1 year ago
Thanks Janaki to have invited me to this discussion. Unluckily enough I'm not so sure to share your optimism. I'm skeptical about the possibility to buid up a different personality from the skratch
Janaki Ram  |  Argues in support of  "Can be developed"  |  1 year ago
No inborn qualities has only a few percentage of contribution in the personality development. Normally people have a opinion that fairness is personality but it is not. Colour has nothing to do with personality but it is a advantage thats all....

Retention of old employees are better, new hires will reduce your productivity for some days till they understand the process ...... so always try to retain your old employees, if not possible then prefer new hires !! Ā

Thanks Vipin to have invited me. If I well understand the question (I'm sorry if not), I don't feel Indian are "cheap". With the only exception of possible exploiting situations, I suppose indian workers, professionals and managers are paid coherently...

We (Indians) are not cheap at all. And in behavior we are more precious in world. Our culture, tradition is most valued around the world. We are cheap only in the sense of our earning or outsourced work done by us. But it doesn't show our cheap...

FIFA has pressed charges against organizers of an ambush marketing effort during a World Cup match between the Netherlands and Denmark in Johannesburg Monday. 'We have made charges against the organisers of the ambush marketing, not against the young women who were involved. The police is still investigating the case,' FIFA spokesman Nicholas Maingot told a press briefing Thursday. Police detained 36 women, all dressed in short orange dresses, during the Group E game in Soccer City for the marketing effort on behalf of a Dutch rival to official World Cup beer sponsor Budweiser. Maingot also disclosed that South Africa coach Carlos Alberto Parreira, will not be charged for his comments again...

Personally, I found all the story ridicoluous. I mean: no logos, no slogans, no announcements had been used. Simply a color remembering something (a commercial product). Well, the line between right and wrong is thery thin, and in my opinion not in...
