while traveling one must take only hot food, which is well cooked it may be from any source. very difficult to define JUNK FOOD.

Dear MS.Aarti, you can dilute with all the forms you have mentioned. cooking might loose the medical benefits. from practical experience it can be stored in fridge for more than ten days.
