Masters of Health Administration MHA (health) programme highlights the dynamic changes in the healthcare sector in India and abroad. It sensitizes the students to the public health challenges and administrative methods to optimize the scarce resources. The students are thoroughly trained to take up key competitive positions in the healthcare sector- public as well as private. The students undergo intensive grounding through a wide range of administrative and healthcare specific courses, research projects and internships to be able to address the micro as well as macro issues concerning the world today. It prepares students to take on challenging positions in the national health programmes, the NGO sector, healthcare consultancies, health insurance, IT in health care and community-based health programmes by building capacities in planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating those programmes. | |
