Brief summary :
Integrated Disease Management Pvt Ltd is India's first Disease Management Company, ever. Our organization deals with measurable demonstration of positive clinical outcomes in chronic care patients by implementation of effective chronic disease management methodologies at the doctors' clinic. To know more, feel free to contact me. India shall spend Rs 160,000 Crores (USD 32 billion) to manage Diabetes alone in 2010 (dyslipidemia-elevated blood cholesterol, hypertension-high blood pressure, obesity & overweight, not included). 98% of our patients are spending from their own pocket/savings - no medical insurance, no other source of financial support to pay for these disease management. Many patients also take loans to pay for these. Moreover, all these diseases are for a lifetime....they are not curable. (Ref: Study published in Aug 2010) Integrated Disease Management (IDM) wants to make a difference. People with an intent to make that difference are joining IDM so that more number of Indian patients can take control of their chronic disease and lead a healthier life, and pay lesser to manage their disease.....Be the change you want to see......join the revolution! | ||
