last week I happened to be in Rohtak where my in-laws live. my father-in-law was very ill for a long time private hospital treatment was ineffective. since there is a famous Post-Graduate Medical institute (PGIMS) In rohtak which has many renouned specialists, we decided to try our luck there. This was my 1st brush with a govt hospital it was an eye opener for me.  Written instructions on display along with personnel at enquiry counters who have the attitude of an insecure ageing movie actress ensured that the harassed harrowed patients their relatives who are a little less inclined towards literacy run around like headless chicken.
