Target based drug discovery from the diversity of plant and microbes.
One prime facet of this approach is plant-microbe interaction in light
of traditional knowledge i.e Ethnopharmacology and Pharmacognosy.
Exploration of Active Pharmaceutical ingredients from Plants and Microbes,
Fermentation and Biotranformations, Clinical Microbiology
Further emphasis is on high throughput screening platforms for screening anti-cancer agents using immuno-regulating moieties.
Exploratory fields include ; Mycofuel production, development of smart
antibacterial biomaterials and nanotechnology based drug delivery.
I am also into networking for providing consultancy in the above areas
