Recently, the property costs and rents have dropped drastically, as a result of drop in demand. Many developers are now offering properties at much lower costs and with lot of goodies to woo the potential buyers. Same is true for rented properties. People are not only willing to offer the place at same rent as earlier, but even ready to give at a lower cost in some cases. It is a good news for a start up like us, who want to have a decent, well furnished office at prime location in the city.

Can you be little specific about your requirement? Do you want to allow a number between 100 and 200 in one text box, and once this is given, populate second text box with 201? Specifying your requirement clearly will help you get answer quicker.
