Effective Construction Planning Management

Overall project management of construction projects including planning, estimation, scheduling, and execution of projects. Periodic reviewing & monitoring the progress of the project for end user clients to ensure completion of project within the scheduled time and cost parameters. Monitoring projects with respect to Cost, Resource Deployment, Time over-runs, Quality Compliance & Manpower Planning on project sites. Anchoring on-site project activities & overseeing the performance (evaluation) of sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with quality assurance plans. Coordinating with materials, purchase & accounts department to ensure seamless (cross functioning) operations. Participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress.
