Responsibilities: Primary accountability for deliverables by departments of Cost and Estimation, Drafting and Projects. Monitoring and reviewing outputs to be in-line with Company procedures, in compliance with customer satisfaction and retention parameters by rendering cost effective solutions and value engineering support.  Empanelling and overseeing quality of sub-contracted services.

Achievements: Successfully negotiated on high value projects on the merits of Company’s technical strengths coupled with delivery of solutions on time. Evolved and implemented procedures to ensure validated deliverables by the project’s team.

Achievements: Successfully executed projects for several niche segments in India as well as a few overseas clients. Implemented value engineering changes while actively coordinating with creative agencies on re-worked design collaterals to overcome budgetary constraints and also to suit localised manufacturing conditions for a GCC based retail Company, associated with Pantaloon Retail as the Indian counterpart.
