now a days i observed most all companies giving importance to qualification than talent... many people who have talents with out qualification are not considering... qualification first..then next talent...why ?

I have seen BE grads taking BPO jobs because they do not get jobs in develoment fields. I have seen MBAs doing job whihc even 12th pass can do if he has talent. So where does your degree take you to? To some MNC , where your real qualities are...

I think the both are equal. If your design is good but no one know that you never do any think or if you do marketing but your design is not good then some have problem with marketer but he sell it! 60% marketing and 40% design.
