Hi Friends, Sharing with you the reviews of ICICI Prudential on work culture, growth prospects salary, done by their employees. Please share your views on this. What I like about ICICI Prudential: 'People who work in the company are amazing. Some very young but very intellectual. The company gives ample oppurtunity to go beyond your comfort zone keep testing your limits. Can be very challenging but also very rewarding.' What I don't like about ICICI Prudential: 'Too much ambiguity, not enough clarity structure. Perennial sense of urgency for things due to which quality of work is compromised. 	I am too not happy with the ICICI Pridential...Too junior staff, stiff targets, false description of the benefits, toomany errors.....in the long run , if not corrected, LIC will be the best one. E Sivaraman
