	Atleast a year or two before it can happen,since it will be possible only if production increases,new jobs come up/old get restored,people start spending more more money starts flowing in the market.

	basically it is fear psychology that is prevailing in every body's mind. I think bankers need to break the ice so that money will flow into the market. it may take couple of months to get the things set right.
