Co-ordination for Employee outbound training, employee kids camp, employee events etc. Take care of employees social events like Pongal, womens days celebrations etc. Celebration of Employees Birthdays; provide bouquet, gifts and greetings. Conducting Employee meets every month. Initiating new engagement activities. Performance Appraisal: Facilitate and Control Performance Appraisal Process. Involved in performance appraisal process (Half yearly and Annual) from Data validation till gets complete. Coordinating with the line managers and department heads to complete the appraisal process on time. Data Management Managed 200 employees data in HRIS. Provide data to circle and corporate official as per the requirement. Manage MIS and templates to track manpower and attrition data to do category-wise analysis of the data for management decision-making. HRIS update. Handle Confirmation, Resigned, and Promotion datas. Training and Development: Co-ordination of training and development program for employees. Collect training nominations from Business unit heads. Ensure full attendance for training program, follow ups etc. Facility Management: Assisting employees on travel emergencies.
