Why we debate on this is of the word "FREE", Free creates a sense here that efforts will go of with no value, Therefore these type of common causes should have value regulations which will maximize the success.
Yes, to an extent it is true, because of the biased approach. If the company has well prescribed HR policy this bias could be reduced. The job security is depending on the stipulated norms which is strong in government sector and weak in private sectors.
I am completly in line with Mr. Kaliyamoorthy's argument.
