FESTIVALS

Indian is a developing country. Most of us follow Western Culture but in our working culture we follow Indian Culture. Do anyone consider proper and essential to celebrate all festivals and the Government should declare public holidays for festivals. On an average Government Office will function only 125 days hardly. Even Private Establishments depend on Government Guidelines to act publicly. How Indian Economy will improve and how can we equalise ourselves with other develop countries. Any one can explain.
