It is said that, Volkswagen AG will drive in the fastest and most expensive car in India with the launch of legendary French car brand Bugatti next year year, a company executive said. Bugatti Veyron , which can hit a top speed of more than 400 km per hour for the sports and coupe models, will cost anywhere between Rs 5 crore and Rs 12 crore when it hits the Indian roads by the mid-2010, said the executive requesting anonymity. this car is awesome for status but its is not recomended for driving trough the indian roads as such where u can find dumps and speedbrakers. it shoudl better getting a SUV in india like hummer rather spending 3.56cr for the aerodynamic sports car...

yes, these imported brands are required then only our local manufacturers will wake up, once we were used to Fiats and Ambys one car maruti changed the scene look at the tata or even Mahindra their Jeeps are competing with imported SUV's or MUV's...
